THE HOUSE AS A STRUCTURAL DIAGRAM OF THE HUMAN PSYCHE

Inspired by Carl Jung’s 1964 autobiography Memories, Dreams, Reflections, this series explores the archetypal dream house as a spatialized model of the psyche. In these images, vertical movement through the structure represents shifts between states of consciousness, with each room signifying a distinct dimension of the self.

Resisting conventional photographic indexicality, they accumulate rather than isolate time, and obscure rather than disclose their subject, gesturing toward dimensions of experience that remain intangible and not directly visible.
